Thomas F. Huenefeld
Thomas Frederick Huenefeld is the founder and principal attorney at Huenefeld Law, PLLC. Born and raised in Louisiana, Thomas brings a diverse background and extensive education to his practice. He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University, a JD from Liberty University School of Law, and an LLM in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law. Currently, Thomas is deepening his expertise with a second LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
Licensed to practice in Texas and before the United States Tax Court, Thomas is an active member of both the Texas Bar College and the Tax Section of the Texas Bar Association. His dedication to the legal profession began early, as he contributed to his law school community by serving as a board member of the Child Advocacy Society and the Business and Transactional Law Society, while also participating in the Christian Legal Society and Law Students for Life.
In his personal time, Thomas enjoys Russian literature and poetry, as well as hiking and gardening with his wife, who is completing her own legal education. An avid swimmer since his college days, he finds balance in both rigorous study and the outdoors. Currently dividing his time between Texas and Virginia, Thomas is also eagerly preparing to welcome his first child, which has only strengthened his passion for helping others plan for the future and secure their families' well-being.
